"Five Wishes" will play in the Valley Film Festival which runs from Nov 1-7, 2002. It will screen with other shorts from the 818 area code (domestic shorts) on Nov 2 at noon. Paula & I are delighted to announce "Five Wishes" just received the award for

Best Comedy Short
at the Santa Clarita Film Festival.

The award was given at the Awards Gala Event at the Hyatt's Grand ballroom in Valencia by Carrie Snodgrass (an Academy Award Winner). The night was full of awards. Arthur Hiller was given a lifetime achievement award presented by Ryan O'Neil and Ava Fries was awarded the humanitarian award presented by Shelly Long. It was a fantastic night! By the way, the statue is very heavy:-) I think I'll work out with it every day! HA!!! Thanks to everyone for their continued support!
